Description
Description of requirements/features: We have a fresh install of Magento CE 2.07 running on Ubuntu 14.04 with PHP 7 hosted at https://www.digitalocean.com.
We expect to require custom development on this project but are holding off on hiring anyone for that job until we find a company we are comfortable with for basic installation and setup tasks. This project requires no custom coding.
***** Note: Documentation for replicating this entire job needs to be provided. *****
We need:
1. Upgrade Magento CE 2.07 to Magento CE 2.1.7
2. Install this theme which will be provided:

3. Install the following plugins which will be provided:

http://litextension.com/magento-2-x-migration/oscommerce-to-magento-2-migration.html
4. Perform osCommerce to Magento migration
We have already had success using each of these plugins on other servers. We just need to be able to replicate the process in this environment and be provided with documentation for how to replicate the process in the Digital Ocean environment. SSH root access and all paid third-party files will be provided.
Please also provide us with a promised turnaround time for delivering this work.
Specific technologies required: Magento 2.0
Extra services needed: Installation, 3rd party integration

Hello, just wondering why you are upgrading if its a fresh install? would it not be best to remove the current install and install the latest? what is your budget/timeframe? thnx
Frank P.23 Jul 2017Thank you for your thoughtful question. It shows us that you took the time to read the requirements.
2.07 is the newest version currently available using a Digital Ocean droplet. Once 2.2 goes from release candidate to released, we want to upgrade to 2.2. Hiring somebody now to perform the simple upgrade from 2.07 to 2.1.7 on a fresh install (shouldn't take much time) shows us they will hopefully be able to handle the 2.2 upgrade with the website when it's no longer simply a fresh install.
We're leaving the budget question to be answered by the proposals.
We selected an estimated job duration of 1 - 2 weeks.
Thank you
