Development on our working Magento based ecommerce site

We have a live Magento multi-website configuration. We need somebody who can fulfill our modification and update requests. Trust is priority so if you are just want money for nothing - please go forward.

As you know there are always some sort of needs by our side regarding our ecommerce site.
See below some examples:

- to display three decimal prices on certain sites
- on another sites do not display decimals
or
- development needs rand bugfix regarding ajax cart
or
havin some css styles modifications (instead of certain hyperlink color we want everyhwere not green but blue)
or
we do not want to display this block
or we want to display in transactional emails this and this and this
we want to increase the quantities related with pre setted increments
or
fixing conflicts with installed contributions
or
installing / testing new extensions
or
making seo suggestions.
and so on.

We will definetly need some sort of administration needs:
- configuring/restoring etc. backups
- system configuration optimization and suggestions (we have vServer at Hetzner)
- etc.

We are looking for a developer who is trustable, who has experience in development (not just copy paste from stackexchange), who are cooperative and can work with us in long term.
