Develop an AirBnB like clone for B2B specific marketplace website and apps

General information for the website: A B2B marketplace looking and functioning similar to AirBnB
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: A booking marketplace where sellers can offer services on hourly/daily basis and buyers can book or reserve. The marketplace will be both website and app based (similar to AirBnB).

Outline of pages:
Home (with basic search, including: calendar date and time from and to select, location, capacity)

Description of requirements/features: Payment to be totally processed through the site, likely to use Braintree/Paypal (or similar)
Users can communicate with each other through the marketplace with messages
Users can search availability based on location, availability and additional service attributes
Users can crate new services, including adding photos, specify range of prices (demand/date/time dependant), location
users can sign-in with Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter) or email+password
Users can post reviews of both buyers and sellers (only if there has been interaction or a transaction)
Booking confirmation to be emailed to users along with an appointment/invite to be added to calendar (.ics)
Integration with iCal/Google Calendar (and other calendars) for availability feed and updates (following booking or reservation)
Email seller if a reservation is made
Integration with Google Maps for location indication
SEO optimised
Marketplace will need to be multi currency enabled (and multi-lingual expendable)
Users can be both buyers and sellers
CMS and Admin requirements: Ideal platform will be Wordpress with Woocommerce, but Magento is also acceptable. Ideally MySQL db with relevant APIs for apps to get data feeds from primary web based. Other suggestions welcome
