Create OpenCart template (v2.0.3.1) from PSD Designs (+some HTML)

General information for the website: We sell jewellery
Description of requirements/features: I need a developer with experience to develop a fully functional OC 2.0.3.1 template to install on my current configuration from PSD base designs. The designs are responsive and therefore need to built responsive for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. I would like the website to be built using Twitter Bootstrap 3. Thus developer needs experience working with this platform and fully qualified in OC, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, Bootstrap 3. The website code needs to be of a high quality and to the standard practice of Opencart. The site needs to perform well when tested on tools.pingdom.com!
Developer must agree to NDA (just a standard practice) and then will receive the designs.

The design is a very simple minimal layout built exclusively to utilise features I require on the site. Nothing more. I need the slider functionality building into the backend. I also require a module to control the category page filters and the Mega Menu.
I have ensured the job is a simple one and can be completed quick. I will be available most of the day to oversee any issues and correct any problems to ensure the job is as fluid as possible.

This is one quick project of many I will be requiring over the next 12 months. Within this job I am also looking for a long term business relationship making the developer my primary web developer for future commercial projects.
