Extremely disappointed! Pleasant personality. However, problem was meeting deadlines & having transparent communication. We missed key deadlines & most annoying of all was constantly telling me "No problem!" if I expressed my concern on meeting deadlines. I guess micro-management would get results as I came to find out quite late in the project. Early stages worked well but suddenly degenerated, probably due to other commitment on Vikram's side. Won't use again
