We use an MS excel finishes schedule for listing the approved finishes for any project. We want to pre-populate this schedule for several pre-set options for each line item.
So in column B on tab 'Schedule of Finishes,' when you select one of the items in this drop down list e.g. Grid Ceiling, it brings up 3 options of Grid Ceiling types and you can select one of them. This then populates all other cells to the right hand side (columns D through P) with pre-set information, including an image (new column will be required for images).
All supporting data will need to be on a separate tab where we can enter this at a later date, however please use any sample data for now so that I can see the formula works.
We also want to be able to add new section/items into the drop-down list in column B, and be able to add more preset options to choose from when we add a new section.
We can discuss in more detail if required when appointed.
