Need an MS access database made

Hi, I am looking for someone to make me an MS access database.
The db is going to have 2 tables, one table for customers and another db for customers websites
Some customers have more than 1 website, hence 1 table for customers and another for their sites.

I plan to import data to it from xls or csv.

I need to be able to import website addresses without importing duplicates.
The customer table is going to have a few entries such as contact details , primary email address, secondary email address, company name, contact personal etc, the websites table is going to have other fields such as the category the sites fall into, where they are hosted etc

I then require a form that will make it easy for me to update a client's information or create a new entry.
