I have created a form which has a dependent drop down list and then in the next column another list depending on the first selection. But I have tried to add a new topic in the table which is found in the first drop down but it won't pick it up the options under it.

    Could you please confirm if you're using Excel or Google Sheets, and whether your second dropdown uses named ranges with INDIRECT?
