EXCEL SHEET

I have an excel sheet which i need to optimise. I have done 80% of the work but im not a programmer/excel expert and so need somebody to apply the final touches and make it easy for me to manage, put in some formulae to make it more smooth etc. i dont think its a big job. i have attached what i have so far. it would be easier to explain what needs to be done if i can speak to the person, but if thats not possible i can put it in writing
