Database building 1000

I need an up-to-date and current excel database - i will provide a spreadsheet which includes a lot of information, i need the listed columns below updated.
One contact per company, it must be preferably CFO / FD / CEO. I am looking to contact the highest finance person in the company.

Website = corrected if required to change
Account Company Email = company generic email (info@findme.com)
Contact Title = entered BUT abbreviated (chief financial officer = CFO, Finance Director = FD chief executive officer = CEO)
First Name = (Joe)
Second Name = (Blogs)
Contact Email = email to the contact joe.blogs@findme.com , if this cant be found enter the company generic email (info@findme.com)
