The job description was simple to comprehend and apply. I put all of my initiative and kindness into this simple project. BUT this client refuses to PAY for the initial work and even demands that I wait nearly a MONTH for PEOPLEPERHOUR to release the initial deposit. WHILE WAITING, HE PRESENTS ANOTHER NEW PROJECT TO WORK ON. which I did not bother with as PPH advice Be cautious when dealing with this type of buyer!
