Creation of a job estimation tool

We are a garden rooms business and need a new tool creating for us to create job estimates (please see attached current version in Goole Sheets). We need the UI to be similar to what I have attached, but need it to be easy to search for estimates once created.

We see the process as follows:

1. Start a new estimate with a customer name
2. Complete the estimate based on the customers requirements (as shown in the attached image)
3. Ability to edit the estimate if changes are required
4. Ability to search for estimates using customer details and job details (i.e. 5x3 studio space)

We are open to suggestions on the platform to build this in, but it needs to accessable online and have the same layout as the attached (or similar)
