Create an excel table of client who fail to attend their appointment, the contact attempts we have made and if they have successfully attended or not.

Dentist response: (low/high risk)
Known safeguarding concern: no/yes - if yes go red
WNB champion tasked (low risk) date: go pink
Safeguard lead tasked on date (high risk):
Safeguard lead response (go orange 4 days after notification date) refer go red /no-refer - go pink
OUTCOME
reason for WNB
Rebooked date:
Appt attended (go orange on rebooked date) yes/no - if yes and no in known safeguarding concern than hide entire row.
