Access Database Needed

General information for the business: We are a referral network business
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: We have a current access database that we had designed. However we need to do some data cleansing. We also need to the data sorted into lists. We have nearly 350,000 records all are lawyers. But we have some records without certain details and some with.

We would share database. Or original excel. We need lists divided up into maybe 40 lists. Lists will be either great quality meaning that they have all the info or worse quality where much work is needed to finish.
CMS and Admin requirements: Need to sort by how accurate data is - i.e correct country and spelling of that country
Sort by which records have first names
Sort by which have accurate email addresses
Sort by practice areas of law.
rule that only have a list with max 6 lawyers from one firm

We have more rules but should be fine to sort.
