Access 2010 Macro/ VBA Data Processing Automation

Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: We are looking for an Access data developer who can provide us with a Macro or VBA module to run in our version of Access 2010 to automate the processing of a large csv text file into 8 seperate data tables through the aggregation of the source data. I have attached a brief and a sample of the data for review.

Although there are 8 tables to create; the process of creating each is very similar so we see this as a reasonably simple development. We are looking for a potential long term contractor to help us with a variety of database development and processing jobs like this and hope that we can find a reliable and trust-worthy provider through this exercise.
