I need someone to scrape the web for abandoned blogs

We're looking for someone to build a list of 500 abandoned blogs online -- those that haven't been published to for at least a year. These blogs should all be on a custom domain, and not a subdomain like .wordpress, or .blogger, etc. After finding these targets, we need that person to compile the contact email addresses of each into a spreadsheet.

To be clear, I'm not looking for just domains that have been abandoned, but domains with an active blog that isn't on a subdomain of another platform.

If the results are good this could be an ongoing project.

To be considered for the job, please tell me how you'd accomplish this task in a message. It doesn't have to be highly detailed but I'd like to know what your plan is.
