I need an SEO expert

We're a startup games development company looking for an SEO expert to help us with marketing our current game which is in production, we'll be needing onsite SEO recommendations (current website is using reactjs which is a single page application) we'll also be needing some keyword analysis doing and ways to structure the html/add meta data for allowing spiders to parse more better.

We're negotiable on the price but of course with being a startup we don't have a lot of budget, we're looking for an ongoing 1-6 months of work as we're looking to implement a blog for the website too. Currently we just have a subscription page which is there as a holder, but we'd also like the seo expert to have experience of any Facebook/twitter campaigns/ads along with google adwords for gaining traffic and good ROI.
