Description of analysis: Hello,
I am looking for someone to download a total of 11 report card and graduation databases from 2005-2006 to 2005-2016 from this website (which are in access) https://data.nysed.gov/downloads.php and convert them to excel so that I can review the data. I do not need the teacher evaluation databases or the 3-8 databases.
Please propose a budget for this first step.
I would like this to be done within five days.

    Can you specify the tables that are required from the databases - eg completing students, non completing students, etc. There are many tables in each database, some of which appear to be subsets of others.
