Work done to improve my platform

1.move the upload file to its own page and create icon in side menu and dashboard this is the wpupload plugin that displays to user on profile details page at the bottom, i would like it to have its own icon and page - so just that upload file to be on different page? so, on different page to put those plugin to work
2. move chat to its own page and create logo in side menu and dashboard - i mean send message that is now on holdings page
3. add option in admin that can be turned on and off, where admin enters text / number details t and this info
is shown to user in its own box, that works on all devices correctly, for all users it will be the same and i need a few lines of text - so just one field for text and also option for ON/OFF to show text
4. notifications, i would like a red badge added to notifications tab when a new notification is in, and i would like a notification when a user logs into my site
also notification when user completes registration form and option to have all site notifications sent to an external email address. so i need notifications for the admin only when someone register or login ( plus the current notifications ) and badge for notification numbers... and also option for send each notification on the email?
5. when user add deposit the amount goes into outstanding balance but i would like it to go in account balance and outstanding balance - so in both
