Wordpress website

We would like a website built in Wordpress please. The site will mirror the functionality of:

Please note the magazine style homepage with full page imagery Look closely at the footer). And the ability to change the look of the homepage - with the icons at the top - 1 large image or a selection of small images that make up the homepage 'magazine' style.

The site also needs to be responsive for tablet and smartphoens. We have psd files ready for these responsive solutions too.

We also need pages for a blog, staff profiles, legal pages etc.
This is a tight turnaround please - and we have the psd files ready to be cut up and built for Wordpress. Turnaround in less than 7 days please.
