Wordpress theme housekeeping/development

We have a theme that we have had developed on wordpress that we use for:

nourishholidays.com
alpinerouleur.com

and other clients. Our developer is proving slow to respond, and i need more responsive/experienced developers in wordpress specifically, to help us rationalise/enhance the theme, and derivatives that we make of it.

Work needed immediately, including potential buddypress and woocommerce extensions.
