General information for the website: Built poorly; needs to be recreated
Description of requirements/features: We have a WordPress website that looks exactly how it should on the frontend. However, due to poor coding, it loads painfully slow and is difficult to update due to content being hardcoded into PHP files.

We need the website rebuilt (still in WordPress) using the Themify Builder (https://themify.me/builder) which we will provide. We can also provide any/all Themify plugins (https://themify.me/plugins) that are desired.

The requirements:
- Frontend design and content needs to be identical to current website.
- Responsiveness needs to be maintained.
- All content must be editable from within the admin; within Themify Builder when possible.
- Average page load speed must be 2 seconds or less. We realize this will partially depend on the server but we use powerful, cloud-based hosting. None of our other websites have speed issues like this one; it's a PHP mess.

    Hello Frank ,

    It is not problem just speed. On home page slider you can see some parts of animals not whole , logo is to small and with black background, departments on home page is have big space between them etc , etc ...
    And this is just home page...
    You need to scroll several time to see 1 slider list of departments and testimonials .
