Wordpress Expert Needed

I have a WordPress site that just needs some basic "clean up" work....someone who knows what they are doing should be able to fix this stuff fairly fast.....There are some links on my site, a whole header, that is malfunctioning.....I almost have lost my ability to post photos through the media library, and I need some plugin assistance.

I KNOW MY SITE LOAD SPEED IS SLOW, but I am working on those issues separately, I DO NOT want additional work right now on taking my site down, transferring it to another server so it could be worked on, updating the theme, etc....none of that right now, please, I am only looking for a very narrow set of issues to be fixed and those are outlined above. And need someone who can do this work right away.
