WooCommerce Integration + Produc move from old to new site

I am looking to achieve the following:

I have an existing WP website with WooCommerce that handles around 3,500 products hosted on AWS. All products are in a Excel sheet with 30 columns (of which ten are for images). I would need to replicate the current functionality on the new website. I want to be able to bulk import either the entire sheet or a range of records. I am currently using a plugin called WP All Import. The problem is that I cannot import more than 25 records at a time, before the server times out - for whatever reason.

The new website is hosted at InMotion on a VPS with higher capacity and better performance.

In addition to the above I need to setup 4 shipping categories, PayPal integration and all notifications that are sent out to the buyer and my inbox when a sale occurs.

There will be stage 2 with more functionality, but this is what I need at the moment.

I would like to do a screen-sharing session, so I can show and explain in detail how everything works at the old website and how it is supposed to work in the new one.
