    I had a look at the reference website and gone through the document.

    If you don't mind answering, I have a couple of questions to get me going to push in a proposal.

    a. would you be providing the images and text to be used on the website?
    b. would the layout be identical to the reference site (how much identical).?
    c. since there is no payment involved, would you want the contact email form be going to a single email address or multiple emails?
    d. I presume, you would want to also install captcha for limiting spam.
    e. how soon are you looking to get started?
    f. Is the project still available :)
