Website customization

I am looking for someone to work with me on a national directory site. The theme is wordpress based and I have done some small customization. However I would like the site to have a more professional polished look and feel while keeping the functionality of the theme. I also have some plugins and a few fixes as far as how the display is laid out. I am looking for one person to work with on an ongoing basis. Would be you interested?
