WebDesigner for Agency landing page - WordPress

Hi there,

I am looking for a skilled web designer that can help me design & develop a modern landing page for my agency website.

The landing page should be fast-loading and designed in an elegant, not too crowded manner.
Of course the landing page should also be built with mobile-first in mind, but also work and look great on PCs and large monitors.

The website copy for the new landing page is being worked on and should be available by the end of this week.
The current website will be shared with you so that you can see what the starting point is.

There are two potential routes to take for the webdesign:

1) just create a landing page that integrates with the current design. I have a Divi subscription, so I would prefer to build a new site design on my domain, using Divi.

2) create a new website design for the entire web. The current web is using Elementor page builder, so if we work with the current site, the LP should be built with Elementor.

I am open to discuss a redesign of the whole web, as my past developer did not do the greatest job on the website's backend. The main issues I am running into at the moment are that I cannot update the plugins on the page without breaking the web. It is a bit slow to load. It does not seem to be built with mobile first in mind.

This proposal is just for the landing page.

Ideally, of course these would be agency sites, but can of course be any sites across any niche or industry.
