We need someone to make minor changes to an existing wordpress website

General information for the website: The site is a modified wordpress theme
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We require an experienced wordpress person with knowledge of html, javascript and CSS, design to enable the existing live website to be slightly modified in a number of ways on an ad hoc basis.

Each small element of the work shouldn't be difficult for someone with the knowledge required.

Examples of work that we require are;

Removing and editing H1 titles on specific pages
Inserting call to action buttons
Designing a standard template for certain pages @ posts to provide uniformity
Adjusting and resizing the CSS to allow additional content to be inserted etc etc
