Update and re-design Wordpress website based on responsive design theme.

Our small consultancy update needs a refresh. In particular, we want it to look good on tablets and smartphones too.

This will mean migrating the current content to a new Wordpress template (we use Wordpress 4.0.1) and sourcing/producing fresh new visuals for the brochure pages.

General information for the website: Business to business brochure site and blog
Kind of development: Refresh of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 20 'brochure' pages plus around 100 blog posts (these do not need re-designing so long as they fit the new template).
Description of every page/module: We will re-use 90% of current site pages structure and text, with some small changes to IA
We use plug-ins for social media sharing, a download form, a contact form, and 'read next post', so the new site will need to work with these or replicate the functionality another way.
Description of requirements/features: Current site needs a design refresh. I'm looking for someone to

1) Source a suitable theme by proposing a shortlist of ready-made templates. We will then buy a license so that you can customise it.
2) adapt the theme to our brand and ensure it works well on mobile, tablets and desktop
3) Create an attractive set of page designs and provide suitable visuals (photos/icons) to illustrate our services
4) migrate the current content, including around 100 blog posts with metadata
5) check the migration has succeeded


There is no e-commerce on the site.
It will be hosted with current provider (Heart Internet)
