Replacement Website

General information for the website: Education Consultancy Website
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: Approx 30
Description of requirements/features: I am looking for someone to build me a website. I currently have a website (www.spokeseducation.com), but want it to now include a portfolio of work, as well as some other new sections and tools. The core structure and branding/colours should remain the same, although I would like some more modern imagery and icons so the existing website will give you an idea of the kind of thing I am after.

I don't think my current theme allows a portoflio, so I am looking to get a new theme installed. Ones I have looked at and like include:
- Waxom
- Splendid
- Agent (Total)
- Avada

I would be happy to view other suggestions similar to these. The key things I am looking for include:

- Clean look
- Functionality as requested below
- Nice modern icons/images
- Easy to update (i.e. I want to be able to easily add new clients/partners, change content etc)

In terms of content, Main Headings are as follows:

- Homepage
- About Us
- Services
- Portoflio
- Pricing
- Contact Us

Other tools/functionality to be included:
- Portfolio of clients
- Portfolio of partners
- 2 x Pricing calculators if possible - These will be available in excel format (to include dropdowns, formulas, lookups) for embedding in site (happy to discuss alternatives if available)
- Carousels of selected Portfolio icons
- Carousels of testamonials

Some of these elements/pages will need to be hidden initially until content is fully ready.

Finally, I would also like the site to be optimsed for SEO.

TASK OUTLINE SUMMARY - PLEASE SPECIFICALLY ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR PROPOSAL. ANYTHING NOT ADDRESSED AS REQUESTED, OR GENERIC PROPOSALS WILL BE REJECTED.

1) Build a website using a suitable Wordpress theme - please stipulate which theme you recommend and why
2) Add initial content as provided, ensuring it can be easily updated in the future
3) Provide suitable icons and images - where would these be from?
4) Optimise the site for SEO
5) To be completed by the end of June
