New Functional Webpage (Search + Database Link + Results)

Hello, Thanks for your consideration and your interest. I am updating the job post with more information.

General information for the website: Connecting Doctors Offices and Specialty Pharmacy. My goal is to build a prototype webpage very quickly and cheaply to demo and test with potential users. The potential users for this website are administrative staff at doctor's offices.

Kind of development: New webpage from scratch

What do I have: I have bought the domain name and hosting service (Bluehost). I have also taken a stab at a functional wireframe. I can also provide static visual design if you prefer/ don't have capability.

What I need from you: Recommendation on which website building tool and theme. I am thinking of using wordpress and buying a theme but I am not 100% sure. Development of the functional webpage with executable search.

Description of requirements/features: Need simple and elegant homepage with a Text Entry Search Box to enter the drug name and Output of Results. Need database link. I can design the database. Please see attached sample excel file.

Front page has three sections:
First section - changing images with message (2 - 3).
Second section - Drop down/ search boxes (check www.zocdoc.com for idea)
Third section - Results - Boxes with names of specialty pharmacies (Results Can be a new page if it is not feasible to display on homepage)
