Need experienced wordpress developer to update the scheduling function in our website

General information for the website: We do appointment services. So we have client's booking through a calendar scheduling system.

Description of requirements/features: Currently our site uses Schedulista as it's calendar scheduling function. We would like to implement and use a scheduling system with a better experience. Here are some of the things we feel like we can't do now but want to do:

1. Would like to be able to dictate the wording in the emails to our clients. Schedulista limits us.
2. Would like to be able to let user book with one credit card and then have a box that they can tell us who the appointment is for. Right now the "name on card" and "who the appt is for" has to be the same otherwise they can't use thier credit card.
3. Would like a "use this number for the appointment" field that is separate than the person paying for the appt.
4. We have a waiver from that clients currently download, print, sign, and email a pic back to us. We would like all of this to be an online function where they can just electronically sign and it is filed somehow electronically for us.
5. This is completely separate, but the header wording "Kathy Hope, The Healer" doesn't look as glossy as it should, is there something that can be done?
6. I have few other things as well.
