Move wordpress site and retheme

Move existing wordpress site to new server an dthen retheme using an existing psd (some minor tweaks required by themer). New theme includes following:
1) video content
2) a photo gallery,
3) a survey capacity which stores the data
4)connection to twitter,
5)facebook like box,
6)social sharing (facebook like button, share on twitter),
7)google analytics,
8)file upload,
9)content tagging and then the creation of views based on tags
10)contact forms
11) Write contact using wysiwyg editor
12) Image presets
13) Donation button
14) responsive theme
