Minor alterations on website

I have a 4 language travel Wordpress website www.madeiraislandinformation.com

I need some very minor alterations.

On the gallery page in the french/german and Portuguese photos and titles are missing but showing on the English website I
1/ I need someone to copy/duplicate the English page and paste on the other language pages. I can then alter the text into the relevant language.

2/.need to add google adsense piece of coding - to be Paste it into the HTML of http://madeiraislandinformation.com, between the and tags

3/. "Useful information" tab headers links on the Portuguese site are not working for some of the titles e.g the below titles do not hyperlink to the correct part of the page - navigation needs updating on the portuguese language page:
“viajando pela Madeira”

“alojamento”

“vela”

“north east Madeira”

“south easy madeira”

“clima”

“fauna e flora”

“coisas para fazer”.


4/. affiliate boxes on the home page are not displaying correctly so not mobile-friendly - can this be adjusted.
