I want to get a blog up and running

I would love to find someone that can help us with our exposure on the internet via social netowrking sites.We currently train care staff around the UK in all areas of Dementia Care. Our trainer Patsy has an amazing following of students and we would like to set up a blog / twitter for them to follow her etc. I would also like someone to help me with other areas of technology which is definatley not my strong point. We are a small team of 5 with a massive mission. We have a website, the front page need updating and a small video of Patsy would be great with any other ideas to bring us right up to date and hellp us expand the business/
