I need my homepage re-designed

I designed my new wordpress site myself. I don't have any experience in this area but needed a new website. I need my homepage redesigned because I don't have the knowledge to upgrade it into something spectacular with one of the new themes and/or coding. I want to have a video there of me speaking, introducing myself. I'd like to have maybe five blogs below the line that alternate weekly or something like that. I want to have one or two client videos on homepage. I want to keep the header and logo as is but change/rearrange most of the rest. I'd also like to have some teaching videos of me possibly below the line. It needs to be in wordpress so that I can manage the changes and updates myself over time. my website is
