Delay of 4 months project still not even 50% there too many promises and eaten up 1025 USD.
Too many promises by management and PM Karanbir .
In-spite of sticking to scope and asking them to study before quoting this has happened.

Right, as this project seems not to end anywhere, you were giving team tasks every day and in that limited budget site was not possible. You wanted basic site but it came to be surprise every day for us but still we never said NO to you and kept working for what ever you were requested. Since code is now you on server and you have access to all files, you are asking us to delete files (which you have already downloaded, thats smart!)
Anyways, its good that project is closed as you were making us go round the circle. -
