I need a website "fixed"

General information for the website: We sell women's clothing
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: The home page should include all offers (currently three) as well as a banner that notifies customers that there's a sale.

All links must be gold and then black once the mouse hovers over the link (unsure of what this is called).

There must be a scroll bar on the left-hand side of the page with a black background and gold bar and arrows (top and bottom).

For ALL of my products (about 75), please correct size variables (the sizes are up but when you try to select one, an error message appears saying the selection is unavailable) and make sure the prices are present on the actual product page.

I'm using Wordpress and my website is WWW.BIZZIEBELLA.COM

If possible, make every product picture the same size.
Extra services needed: Optimization, Security
Extra notes: Please be willing to provide me a document of directions on how to correctly do the required for future products via email.
