I need a web design partner to support my business

I am seeking a Wordpress developer to support my business. At the moment, I have about four web build projects a month and this is my absolute capacity.

I would like to find another web developer that I can work alongside to help me increase my capacity and finish websites for me after I have started the design, so there's likely to be very regular work.

Most of my clients are female-led businesses and so have a very feminine design.

I would probably create the concepts and get approval from the client, but then would need someone to help me finish them off.

I also think it's important we can bounce ideas off each other and suggest new ways of working etc.
