I need a UK based Wordpress expert

I want someone for a website project I'm working on, on behalf of a local business. I have a second business also lined up to work with. I essentially want to save time by using the knowledge of a wordpress expert, but potentially this person might also do some development work for me. I'm looking for someone:

- who knows Wordpress and associated plug-ins inside out
- who will consult with me on the brief, to help me find the best solutions that meet the needs of the business
- to consult with me on my creative ideas and content strategy to help me find the best solution to present back to the business
- who's experienced at interpreting briefs and going through a complete website redesign process on behalf of others
- who has solid technical understanding
- who can take away any bespoke development requirements themselves to deliver
- who's UK based, available for regular calls or contact with me
- who is keen to establish an ongoing working relationship

The costs need to take into account this model of working (e.g. you are not having to market to find new clients).
