I need a landing page done, desired Wordpress template already purchased

Have purchased a Wordpress template for landing page that I like with infinity scroll - would like to create a landing page using this and have effectively 7 subpages... would also like to be able to edit this myself fairly simply (and I am not technically experienced)...
In a nutshell:
1. Static content: video / about the product, this is already done
2. Static content: about us
3. Forms users can fill in (there will be two) and they can fill in either (sign up or submit a request) which will be sent to emails provided
4. We will post content for users to download... Would like to be able to manage this content easily (admin panel?)
5. Static content but we can update (if that makes sense?): web stats like users, testimonials etc - template I have has a cool subpage for this
6. Static content I can update - picture of a person + some text about them
7. Rewards that can be earned - static content I will provide

NB
- Template already has a built in blog - which I want to keep - don't suppose this needs much updating / doing...
- I have logo designed and ready
