Form-fed back-end database to populate Wordpress events website

We have a client who want to run ticket selling and event promotional website for a specific region (not national) The front-end has been developed on Wordpress.

We need a web-page form developing that can take the following information:
• Venue Name
• Venue contact details
• Event Name
• Event Description
• Event Date
• Ticket Price(s)
• Event Photograph

Once these details are submitted, an email notification needs sending to site admin.
Site Admin then either accepts the form details (tick box) or rejects it with the ability to say why. If rejected the form need to be sent back to the person who submitted it.

Once approved, the data for this venue and event needs to be pulled from the database and displayed on the website. The data is then searchable.

The form should also require the user to log-in and input onto an admin only dashboard (behind log-in user name and password) so not public searchable
• Contact Name
• Contact Email
• Contact telephone number

In this dashboard area the user must be able to edit all events that they have entered.
Events that have lapsed need to be accessed to enable the event to be repeated.
