Fixing image problem on Wordpress blog

General information for the website: Wordpress blog attached to website Teambuildingireland.com not working properly

Description of requirements/features. This is the brief:

Current post and listing on this blog shows featured image on top as panoramic image above content.
We would like you to change format of featured image for both single post and listing so that it appears left of text and that it remains responsive.
Specific technologies required: Wordpress development / Wordpress web design

As per lots of requests. Here is more info on the images:
Current featured image has wide dimension both on listings and in single posts.
We want to add featured images to each post but we can’t do this until the image format has been changed to appear as standard size (say one third of content area), not cropped or stretched etc. and beside text instead of above.

Extra notes: Looking for an experienced individual or small business with good response time and good English. There could be more work for the right person in the future, but for now we just need this problem fixed. Please ask questions prior to bidding if you are unsure about the brief.
