Fix some frontend CSS layout issues on Wordpress Learnpress site

I need a dev that can make some fixes to some minor bugs on a Wordpress website that is using the LearnPress plugin. The changes are only cosmetic visual ones but my client wants them fixed.

A summary of the issues are:
Login/Register page formatting to be improved so it fits well on the page
Payment page formatting to be improved same as login page
Confirmation page formatting to be improved same a login page
Some minor formatting enhancements to the lesson page so that the header does not cover the content
Some minor formatting enhancements to student dashboard so that the default tab shown is student's courses tab rather than the empty dashboard tab

There may be some follow up work as well if this goes well.
