The contact form on my website: www.theweddingfilmmakers.co.uk is missing a field and will not submit on mobile devices.
The desktop version appears to be working ok but the field "please tell us about you and your plans" is missing when viewed on mobile devices and the submit button does not work at all.
I am looking for a quick fix and someone that is prepared to test it across several devices and browsers to ensure it's functioning correctly.

It's actually visible on my end, and submit button works as well - just tested.
