FIve page Wordpress site

General information for the website: I need a five page Wordpress site building - needs to look great but no fancy features.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: five
Description of every page/module: Home/About/Contact Us/Page 4/Page 5 kind of structure.
Description of requirements/features: This website needs to be:
- SEO friendly
- either custom designed or templated
- including blog/news page and a contact form
- brand new, fresh design look and feel
- Domain and hosting TBC
- Delivered in August 2014
