Finish a wordpress website

We need to finish a website, it has the theme loaded and also has the basics of the functions included. Currently working:

- main theme
- member area
- member subscription

What needs doing:

- allow users to upload an xml feed of products
- allow users to view and manage their products
- allow users to submit their uploaded products to output xml feed
- allow users to change global settings to their output feed
- allow user to include products from a csv into their output feed

Preference for UK developers as this is a complex site that needs discussion....
