Develop CMS for parents//students/payments on our website CMS

Website is built in Laravel and has back admin section.
In the admin section I need a very basic table/form for managing parents, students and payments.
In the backend of the website I should be able to create/edit /assign

Students details
Class
Course

Send Email system (send payments details ) e.g using either stripe or PayPal

I should be able down load this information as excel, all filters, or I can select them

If payment is made through the site, then it should show up in admin section paid
If you paid through online banking, then I should be able to click a button and select ‘Online Banking’
