Convert PSDs into fully functioning Responsive Wordpress website

General information for the website: Convert 2 psd's into Wordpress Eccommerce Website
Description of requirements/features: This website will sell Ayurvedic Herbal Supplements to the US and UK. See attached.

Requirements as follows:
• Website will be hosted in US but will also target Google UK and therefore needs to be fast.
○ Theme will need to be fast.
○ Will use minimal amount of plugins but will function fine with plugins I do require.
• Site must facilitate optimal SEO work - this is very important .
○ Must be built on a framework compatible with yoast or other popular SEO plugins.
○ WP_Head must be called into html document head section.
○ Create readable url's.
○ Modify title.
○ Create description which will be shown in serps.
○ Alt image tags.
• Search engine and User sitemap
• Fully responsive - with an eye to making it as usable as possible on tablets and smartphones.
• Minimal amount of clicks for customer to complete a purchase. Customers have option to purchase as a guest without having to create an account.
• Website will be converted from 2 psd files - Home page and Item page. Will also need Terms & conditions, Privacy and other relevant pages.
• Will include functioning paypal gateway.
• Will automatically select US dollars for US customers and £ for UK customers.
• I want to be able to update the following aspects of the website myself. It needs to be easy to perform such updates.
Home page
○ Banner Images. I currently have 2 banner images that I want to use. I would like the option to have from a single image up to 5 images.
○ Page title
○ Main body text
○ Left sidebar listings - health conditions and product names
○ Tab Titles
Product page
○ Product Image
○ Short description next to image
○ Price
○ Product Description
○ Ingredients
○ Right sidebar - article headings.

Other
○ Title and text on misc. pages such as 'articles' and 'terms and conditions' pages.
○ Need to be able to insert images in the content.

• Expected plugins to use:
○ yoast SEO or other suitable SEO plugin
○ WP Review
○ Security plugin (wordfence?)
○ W3 Total cache
○ Plugin for detecting relevant currency for user
○ woocommerce


- Please confirm how you optimise your themes for SEO purposes.
- Please supply examples of your work. Where possible, it would be helpful if you could supply examples of your websites which have been optimized for certain keywords and rank accordingly.
