Build a website

I have my domain name and am using blue host and word press. I need someone to set up the website for me. I am launching an e-commerce jewellery business. Main priorities are: keep it simple so that I can maintain the content moving forward, set up the e-commerce aspects, website speed and security, build an online multiple quiz that populates three different outcomes depending on the answers, and integrate a CMS so that I can manage the content and manage automated email journeys (e.g. send invoice, confirmation product has been shipped, email sent after completing the quiz etc).
